The Free Man

Well done for taking the first step towards freedom! It's going to be uncomfortable at times but if it was easy everyone would be doing it! From here we will start to explore what it is to be a man in todays world. Masculinity, and feminity, is under attack and it makes it increasingly difficult to express ourselves freely. Do we as men even do that..? I've seen so far that most wives/girlfrinds/partners think us men having a space like this is a great thing yet most men dont see the point! That's one of the first things we can explore..why do our partners think we need to open up while we dont..? Do we open up? Do we want to? Do we need to..? This is a space to go below the surface of man banter (not to say there isn't a place for it here) but here we want to get our hands dirty..we want to be challenged not just physically but mentally and even emotionally!
