Tierra de Suenos is nestled in the jungle right next to some of the most beautiful beaches in Costa Rica. The rustic retreat centre is just outside the Caribbean resort town of Puerto Viejo.

The centre is right in the jungle and monkeys, toucans, sloths and other wildlife inhabit the area and are often seen overhead.

You can experience the quiet and refreshing retreat centre, and you can explore the beauty of Costa Rica!

THE PROGRAM

7 days & 7 Chakras = 7th Heaven with the magic of the lucky number 7 coming into play. A deeply spiritual number loaded with good fortune, opportunity and wisdom, a number that shows you're in deep alignment with your soul's true calling, spiritual path, and purpose. We'll be starting from the ground up, rooting deep like the trees around us, and like a sloth climbing up a tree through our physical & energetic bodies until we reach the top of the canopy allowing our consciousness to fly free like a toucan out across the jungle into the cosmos.
