YoGeek Yoga – General Terms of Use Welcome to YoGeek Yoga. To maintain a welcoming and harmonious environment for all, please read and follow these terms of use when attending our space. By engaging in services, you agree to adhere to the following guidelines. Arrival and Punctuality Timeliness: Please arrive at least 5–10 minutes before your scheduled session or class to allow time to settle in. Late arrivals may not be granted access to the session to avoid disruption to others. Courtesy and Conduct Respectful Behaviour: All clients and guests are expected to conduct themselves courteously and respectfully toward others, including both staff and fellow visitors. Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated. Quiet Atmosphere: To ensure a peaceful environment, please keep noise levels low in communal areas. When treatments or classes are in progress, we ask that you speak quietly and respect the privacy of others. Mobile Devices: Please set mobile devices to DND or OFF while in a class. Respect for Shared Spaces Quiet Spaces: Our premises are designed to promote relaxation and mindfulness. Please be considerate of others, especially when waiting or resting in communal spaces, to ensure a tranquil environment for everyone. Personal Responsibility: Visitors are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the communal and session areas they use. Liability and Waiver Assumption of Risk: All guests participate in indoor and outdoor activities, treatments, and classes at their own risk. YoGeek Yoga is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage that may arise from participating in activities or using our facilities. We require everyone to sign the liability waiver prior to attendance, by accepting this form you agree to these terms. Release of Liability: By attending, clients and guests release YoGeek Yoga, its employees, and agents from any claims or demands that may arise due to their participation or attendance. Health, Safety, and Hygiene Health Disclosure: Visitors are required to inform the instructor or practitioner of any relevant health conditions that may impact their ability to participate. Amendments to Terms of Use YoGeek Yoga reserves the right to amend or update these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website, via email or within the premises.
