Time for YOU - Chill Out Day
Step out of the hustle and bustle for a day and recharge with yoga, meditation and healing. Allow Matt (YoGeek Yoga) and Kitti (The Samadhi Sanctuary) to guide you into a space of relaxation and retreat from the busyness of the mind as Matt leads you through a grounding yoga practice to plant your feet firmly on the ground before the holidays begin, while Kitti gently guides you into a space of deep relaxation through meditation and yoga Nidra. Kitti will also be using shamanic healing methods and crystals to enhance your state of wellbeing and take you away from that fight or flight mode. She will also be sharing tips and tools to help you stay calm over the holiday season.
Please bring a vegetarian packed lunch.
All props and mats are provided.
Beginners of yoga welcome.
